City Code

Eagle Lake’s City Code is a collection of ordinances that establishes city laws and regulations. It provides information on the roles of officers, city departments, Planning Commission, Economic Development Authority, and Park Board, and describes City Council meeting procedures. The City Code also addresses utility rates, licensing requirements and regulations, public safety, planning and zoning and city financing.
